- So far only two people have turned reimbursement forms in to Scott. Make sure that you fill these out early and get them to Scott so that you don’t lose a receipt or forget to ask for reimbursement until the end of the year!

- 9/14—Lawn Party / Taft Birthday
- Will begin at 5pm on the lawn outside the law school. We will most likely start grilling at 5:30pm.

- 9/28—Great American Ballpark: Reds v. Cubs
- The tickets will be sent to Patrick soon so look for a sign up e-mail to make sure you get your tickets

- Instead of Community service day or week as we had discussed we are going to be having several opportunities to volunteer over the year and we’ll have a party at the end of the year for those who participate in two.

- Light the Night Walk for Leukemia/Lymphoma Society - Thursday, September 20th: 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
- Starfire Council event - Saturday, September 22nd: Matt Dolan charity walk for Starfire Council at Kestral Point picnic shelter at Winton Woods park from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
- Saturday, September 29th: Walk to Stop AIDS at Sawyer Point to benefit STOP AIDS Cincinnati (formerly AVOC). Registration at 8 a.m., walk starts at 9.Look for e-mails from Kitty regarding dates and email her at fariaska@email.uc.edu to let her know if you’re interested and she will get the information regarding the event to you!

University of Cincinnati College of Law is the fourth oldest continually running law school in the United States and a founding member of the Association of American Law Schools. It was started in 1833 as the Cincinnati Law School. Then-dean and future 27th President of the United States, William Howard Taft (1880), merged it with the University of Cincinnati in 1896.
