Budgets are tight so here is a list of ways to raise some money. In general groups will have better success raising money outside the walls of the College of Law.
- Hold a bake sale.
- Ask a local law firm or business to sponsor an event.
- Sell hot dogs and water to students returning from the bars on Thursday, Friday and Saturday midnight to 3am.
- Sell T-Shirts promoting your club.
- Charge a cover for dinners or other events.
- Host a wine tasting.
- Volunteer for Night Walk
- King’s Island, Bengals games and Turfway Park have, in the past, allowed groups to work, sell, clean etc for money. Usually one night’s work at Turfway can raise 250-500 bucks.
- Host an auction.
- … This is a work in progress. Please post your ideas in the comments. They will be added to this list.

University of Cincinnati College of Law is the fourth oldest continually running law school in the United States and a founding member of the Association of American Law Schools. It was started in 1833 as the Cincinnati Law School. Then-dean and future 27th President of the United States, William Howard Taft (1880), merged it with the University of Cincinnati in 1896.

They will charge a 15 dollar one time fee for the design, and then it’s only five bucks a shirt for shirt and print.
