As of February 1, 2008 the University has instituted a new, more rigorous reimbursement policy.
Students will NOT BE REIMBURSED if the following rules are not followed.
An ITEMIZED RECEIPT must be submitted for all purchases. This is required for all purchases, even pizza.
PROOF OF PAYMENT must be submitted. This can include a receipt that states “paid”, a credit card receipt, a canceled check, or a bank statement showing the payment was made.
Overnight travelmust be PRE-AUTHORIZED on the new Travel Authorization Form (Download Word Doc) by the Treasurer.
A travel Authorization Form must be signed and submitted to the treasurer by each traveler before they leave. Each traveler needs to sign a form even if they are not expecting to be reimbursed for anything. Pre-approval is only required for overnight travel.
Upon returning from the overnight travel the reimbursement request must be submitted to the SBA Treasurer (Scott Brenner) within 20 days.
Alcohol purchase will only be reimbursed with pre-approval of the dean.
